Welcome to Stageset. We value your privacy and our employees, contractors and subcontractors follow a Data Security and Privacy by Design approach. In this statement, “We” and “Stageset” always include our contractors and subcontractors.

Privacy Policy for Stageset App visitors

• Most importantly, consent:

By entering the deal room, you consent that the other deal room participants can see your contact details and any interaction and data upload you make inside the deal room.

You also consent to us contacting you for feedback via email. You may simply unsubscribe if you don’t want to receive any further correspondence from us. (Exception: Essential business communication)

• Data storage

In order for Stageset to work, we need to store all data that is entered into the dealroom as well as the activity data from all users and your payment information. Information stored inside the deal room is encrypted and we can’t access the data.

All Data is stored in the European Union (EU) on AWS servers.

• Data processing

Stageset can use your contact data (Name, Company name, Email, Phone, LinkedIn) to contact you for updates, feedback, support and other similar activities that are contractually necessary or in our legitimate interest to provide you the best possible service.

We won’t share any of your data externally without your consent.

• Data Subject Rights:

You can always access and change your data in your account settings. If you want to delete or extract your account and data permanently or have other GDPR related inquiries, please reach out to us under care@stageset.io.

• Cookies and Similar Technologies:

Stageset uses cookies to improve its service. We track if you are active (or not) and how many deals you create (To judge your happiness and for bragging rights)

• Data Retention Period:

We store data until you tell us to delete it, as we don’t know when and if your contract has ended. We reserve the right to change this policy, but will be in touch before deleting any of your data.

• Changes to the Privacy Policy:

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will contact you via mail (also if you unsubscribe from our newsletter and feedback mails)
